Only HEADTALES! would DARE!

(Click on image above for larger picture.)

I wait for the hatemail to come pouring in from the small minded dullards that do not appreciate the truth, and only get up in the moring looking for a reason to be offended.

On the whole, I'm very happy with this one from a technical standpoint. The action proceeds one way, the top character moves through the sceen the other way, and there is certainly some tension when the two collide in the middle. There is so much stuff going on in this strip, I even amaze myself.

Like Nietzsche did with his "Zarathustra", I now claim that one day there will be classes and whole departments at universities devoted to studying my HEADTALES!, and learning from their inexhaustible, hermeneutical richness. Yup, HEADTALES!, Zarathustra, and the Bible - all one in the same, really.

ENJOY!

HEADTALES! - A Legend is Born...

(Click on image above for larger picture.)

Ladies and Gentlemen, the FIRST EVER "HEADTALES!" comic strip! Thank you to my sister for helping my, (obviously), non-artistic ass to stitch together something that passes for emotion on disembodied circles with triangle noses. (And thank you to my friend SOUNDWAVE who is the inspiration for this first ever strip!)

Some great software called COMIC BOOK CREATOR really makes the layout process and lettering easy, (except they DO NOT have an option to panel your own page!). At least this is now available for the PC, so screw off MAC people with your cool iPods with the almighty click-wheel navigation and non-crashing computers and style out the wazoo. I painted my beige box white and now no one can tell the difference.

(Except when it crashes. SCREW YOU APPLE FOR MAKING ME WANT YOU SO MUCH!)

Look for more strips to come fast and furious, but not too fast or too furious. That would be dangerous for everyone since I draw while operating heavy machinery.

FORWARD THIS TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS!
